Pauley is known as a leader in providing infrastructure solutions for the broadband, telecommunications, CATV, and electrical industries. We take pride in being self-performing and turn-key, offering a full spectrum of services for all types of telecommunication infrastructure including construction and maintenance, engineering, fiber splicing, and specialized services for the electrical utility industry.

At Pauley, we continually work to expand our workforce, geographic footprint as well as the breadth of services we provide. Shortly after acquiring an electrical rebuild contract from Arizona Public Service, our service area expanded into the Southwest region and beyond. Our work stretches across major Western markets, from California to Texas and from Arizona to Montana. As we widen our geographic coverage and customer base, we constantly adopt new technology and provide our technicians, specialists, and engineers with the training they need to keep our services on the cutting edge of the industry.

OSP Construction & Maintenance

From updating current business systems to building a whole infrastructure from the ground up, Pauley is equipped to handle all types of projects. Whether it be rural, metropolitan, long distance, or communities, we have extensive experience to complete projects with minimal disruption to operations. Our services include but are not limited to make-ready construction, rural broadband deployment, trenching and micro trenching solutions, conduit duct placement, and drop installations.

Fiber Splicing

Enhancing the efficiency of cable lays is made easy with the help of our splicing specialists. Trained in the most modern techniques and outfitted with the industry’s best tools, our crew can facilitate low-loss connections for all types of cable including fiber optics, unshielded twisted pair (UTP), shield twisted pair (STP), coaxial, and copper. Each of our certified splicing technicians receives ongoing training and education to keep up with the best industry practices.

Engineering

Pauley engineers provide infrastructure design and engineering, including OSP and ISP design, planning, permitting, site audit, and OSP fielding. Our engineers develop detailed engineering drawings that offer the power, capacity, and flexibility to deliver maximum connectivity, while also accounting for future growth and advancements. All projects will be equipped with the necessary permits to get construction rolling.

Our engineering team participates in ongoing technical training to ensure our skills, tools and methodologies are always up to date with the latest best industry practices to best meet the expectations and specifications of our customers.

Electric Utility

Pauley is equipped to prepare utilities when required, as well as provide turnkey solutions for electric utility clients to meet the demands of customers and communities. Our wide range of services includes distribution systems, deep ditch excavation, overhead and underground conversions, joint trench conduit and cable placement, duct bank systems, cable replacement, trenching, boring and directional drilling, auger casing, and pipe ramming.
